Educational Psychology doctoral student Yasmine Jassal discusses her unique role as a pediatric neuropsychology trainee. Her work in school psychology serves as a bridge between the medical establishment and schools, helping them see chronically ill youth within the full contexts of their lives so that they can better address the students’ psychological, educational, and physical needs. She currently works at Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center.
